Angelo Montana MD, PhD

Prof. Angelo Montana, MD, PhD, is a distinguished expert in forensic medicine and toxicology. He earned his PhD in Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences from Sapienza University of Rome in 2022, following a specialization in Forensic Medicine from Palermo University in 2017, and a medical degree from the University of Catania in 2011, all with top honors. Currently, he serves as an Adjunct Professor at Politecnica delle Marche University in Ancona, Italy, where he teaches forensic medicine and toxicology. His professional experience includes roles as a Visiting Professor at Riga Stradins University and a Visiting Researcher at the University of Malta. Prof. Montana’s research focuses on forensic toxicology, postmortem analysis, and environmental health, contributing significantly to the field. His notable achievements include receiving the Stefano Jourdan Award (2017) and the Mauro Barni Award (2019).
