Angela Jerath MSc, MD, FRCPC, FANZCA, MBBS, BSc

Dr. Angela Jerath is an Assistant Professor with the Faculty of Medicine, Department of Anaesthesia at the University of Toronto. She is a staff anaesthesiologist at Toronto General Hospital (University Health Network) with a specialized interest in cardiothoracic anaesthesia and cardiovascular intensive care. She has an active interest in teaching 2D and 3D perioperative transesophageal echocardiography. Dr. Jerath’s research interests include volatile-based sedation for critical care patients and perioperative pharmacokinetics of tranexamic acid in cardiac surgical patients.
