With background as a Paediatric Nurse, she is a Credentialed Diabetes Educator and has 21 years of experience in childhood and adolescent diabetes. Angie has presented at international conferences and visited many LFAC-supported countries, teaching and attending diabetes camps. Her particular interests and expertise are in transition, diabetes camps, and advocacy for students with diabetes at school.
