Angela C. Chi DMD

Dr. Chi graduated summa cum laude from Columbia College of Columbia University in 1993 and earned her D.M.D. from Harvard School of Dental Medicine in 1998. Upon completing dental school, she served in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps for three years, during which time she completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program. She completed a residency in Oral, Maxillofacial, Head and Neck Pathology at Emory University and joined the faculty of the Medical University of South Carolina in July 2004. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology (AAOMP) and Pierre Fauchard Academy and is a diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology. She currently holds elected and appointed positions in the AAOMP as councilor and chair of the Constitution and Bylaws Committee. Her scholarly interests include oral cancer and pre-cancer.
