He is currently working with the Ministry of Justice as a member of a working group reviewing and revising the MCA Code of Practice and is in active consultation with the Department of Health and Social Care regarding the implementation of the Liberty of Protection Safeguards. Andy is an experienced group facilitator, trainer, and lecturer on a wide range of health and social care-related issues. He is married with four children and one grandchild and is also sits as a Presiding Judge in magistrate’s courts in Hampshire.
