Andrzej Szandrach is a Senior Director of Study Operations R & I at AstraZeneca. He is a global senior leader with clinical trials design, management & delivery expertise. Bringing more than 14 years of experience in both pharma & CRO. He is currently leading a group within the AZ Study Management Late organization of 150+ FTEs. In the past successfully delivered global clinical studies and large-scale change projects, led and provided oversight in complex CV outcome studies (CVOT) as well as innovative therapies in R&I. Focused on people development, leading organizations, organizational transformation & project delivery in a global setting.
