Dr. Andrey Yu Starikovskiy, MS, Ph.D. is a Specialist at the Princeton University. He received a Master of Science degree (aerodynamics and thermodynamics) from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT), Moscow, Russia, in 1988 and a Doctor of Philosophy degree (physics of gases, liquids, and plasma), and a Doctor of Science degree (physics and chemistry of plasma, thermophysics, and molecular physics) from the High-Temperature Institute of the Russian Academy of Science, Moscow, in 1991 and 2000, respectively. His Clinical Interests are Carbon Compounds, Dielectric Liquids, Electrodes, Electron Impact Ionisation, Formal Verification, and Ionisation.
