Dr Andrew Yates is a Post-CCT Radiology Fellow at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, London, specialising in gastroenterology, genitourinary, and gynaecological imaging. He previously completed two Interventional Radiology fellowships at the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital, Dublin, and at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital, London.
Yates' clinical interests include endovascular intervention, peripheral arterial disease, and image-guided oncology, alongside advanced cross-sectional imaging of the abdomen and pelvis.

Dr Yates has an active research portfolio, with published and ongoing work examining complications related to SpaceOAR hydrogel insertion and the safety of interventional radiology procedures. He has presented nationally and internationally on topics including low-dose CT techniques, gynaecological interventions, and SpaceOAR outcomes, and is the lead author on multiple peer-reviewed publications.
