Dr. Worster is a former Director of the Division of Emergency Medicine and former Chair of the international knowledge translation project, Best Evidence in Emergency Medicine (BEEM), at McMaster University. His research on the utilization and evaluation of diagnostic tests in emergency medicine is funded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR).
