Andrew Sewell PhD

Professor Andy Sewell is Research Director of the Institute of Infection and Immunity at Cardiff University School of Medicine and a Wellcome Trust Senior Investigator. His work is focused on T-cell ligands and the receptors that recognise them. Current interests within the group include autoimmunity, transplant tolerance, cancer immunotherapy, smart vaccination and unconventional T-cells.
