Andrew Proctor

Dr. Andrew is the Senior Director of Business Intelligence, Medical Operations Division and has managed Business Intelligence at The Cleveland Clinic since 1996. He received his masters in Health Systems Management from Rush University and is a healthcare management professional with 19 years’ experience in group practice operations and performance improvement in large academic medical centers. Responsibilities include the development and continued support of performance indicators, professional productivity measurement, predictive analytics and utilizing business intelligence to aid management with strategic and operational decision making. Andrew is frequently asked to speak nationally and internationally on topics related to business intelligence and performance management.
