Andrew K. McIndoe is a Consultant Anaesthetist at the University Hospitals Bristol and Weston. He is specialized in Anaesthesia. His Clinical Interests are Anaesthetics, Technology Enhanced LearningTeaching and Learning, Assessment, Simulation-Based Learning, ELearning in Higher Education, and Computers in Education. After becoming a consultant anaesthetist in 1998, Andrew also took on a role with the Bristol Medical Simulation Centre, teaching alongside his
clinical work. He has co-run the simulation and e-learning training for anaesthetics with enormous success, with the Royal College of Anaesthetists ‘e-learning Anaesthesia’ project being made available to all NHS staff and anaesthetists globally. In addition to his work at the Trust, Andrew has completed a 14-year term as an examiner for the Royal College of Anaesthetists.
