Andrew J Breuder

Andrew J. Breuder, MD, has served at VAMC Manchester since June of 2000. In October of 2000, he accepted the position of Chief of Staff.br/>Dr. Breuder is a 1977 graduate of Boston University School of Medicine and received his MPH from the Harvard School of Public Health in 1980.
The Chief of Staff has 37 years of experience in a variety of diverse technical, professional, and management positions. His background includes four years as Clinic Medical Director of Occupational Medicine Associates in Manchester, NH and eight years combined as Hospital Commander of the 97th Medical Group, Eaker AFB, AR and the 380th Medical Group, Plattsburgh, AFB, NY.
Dr. Breuder is a leader among local organizations in implementing Total Quality Management and Continuous Quality Improvement principles and techniques into routine operations.
Additionally, he is board certified in aerospace medicine and medical management, a fellow of the American College of Preventative Medicine, a fellow of the Aerospace Medical Association, and a Certified Physician Executive by the American College of Physician Executives.
