Andrew Gengos SB, MBA

Mr. Andrew Gengos has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of ImmunoCellular Therapeutics, Ltd. since December 3, 2012. Mr. Gengos served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Neuraltus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since February 2010. He joined Neuraltus after more than seven years with Amgen, where he served as Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development and was responsible for facilitating the development of its corporate strategy and managing all M&A, Licensing, Spinout and Venture Capital activities. In addition, Mr. Gengos led the execution of strategic projects and supported the long range planning process for Amgen.

He served as Chief Business Officer of Dynavax Technologies Corporation. He served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dynavax Technologies Corporation since October 2000, where he was responsible for its business functions including finance and accounting, fundraising, budgeting and planning, and business development.
