Andrew Frost MSc, CEng, CSci, MIET, MIPEM, MCIPS, MIAM

Andrew is the Director of Technical Services at MTS Health responsible for leading equipping and technical consulting for a variety of new build and operational consulting projects. He is a Chartered Electrical Engineer and registered with the HCPC as a Clinical Scientist. After graduating, Andrew joined the NHS in 1984 working in Clinical Engineering leaving in 1990 to work in the Healthcare Industry. Andrew’s experience encompasses education & training, equipment management and equipping consulting within Healthcare design and build projects with a specific interest in critical care and theatre design including the impact of technology on clinical workflow. As the MTS Technical Director, he also has interests in strategic asset management and procurement and supports projects from the initial business case stage through to procurement, commissioning and ongoing equipment management.
