Andrew Erickson

Andrew Erickson is currently an Innovative Market Team Director at Bayer Healthcare. Prior to joining Bayer he earned the opportunity to represent the United States in the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano, Japan in the sport of Biathlon. This level of athletic discipline did not come without developing leadership, adaptation and innovation abilities, all of which have significantly helped him embrace the changing healthcare environment. With Andy’s 13 years of IDN and Managed Markets experience, he is able to lead the Bayer cross-functional, Innovative Market Team to respond to the dynamic market changes in healthcare. Andy’s most recent focus is in the IDNs, ACOs and Managed Market environment, specializing in the areas of buy and bill drugs, devices, specialty pharmaceuticals, and specialty pharmacies.
