Dr. Wolff completed her Emergency Medicine residency at the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, Indiana. Currently she is an EM physician at Chandler Regional Medical Center, which is a level-1 trauma center in the southeast valley of the Phoenix-metro area in Arizona. Although this site is not formally an academic program, Dr. Wolff regularly precepts medical students, and has been the director of education for her site for the last 6 years, and currently serves as the physician chair for the department of CME at Dignity Health, East Valley. She also works in the Emergency Department of Mercy Gilbert Medical Center, which is a smaller suburban emergency department.

Dr. Wolff has a keen interest in motivating busy, practicing community physicians to stay up-to-date, and in improving knowledge translation in order to get the latest information from the published literature to the patient's bedside in a non-academic setting, where it often lags behind. Dr Wolff publishes free online medical education in the form of a video blog to make content easily accessible to community ED physicians trying to balance work and life.
