Andrea Waldman, MD is the Director of the Adolescent and Pediatric Dermatology. Dr. Waldman is a fellowship-trained, dual board-certified Pediatric Dermatologist. After completing Dermatology Residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Montefiore Medical Center in 2020, she spent a year as the Pediatric Dermatology Fellow at Columbia Irving Medical Center/New York-Presbyterian Hospital under the mentorship of Dr. Maria C. Garzon. Prior to her dermatology training, Dr. Waldman received a Doctor of Medicine Degree (MD) from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine in 2013. Immediately after medical school, she completed Pediatric Residency at the Memorial University Medical Center– Savannah, GA in 2016. She continued her training at the University of California San Diego, Rady Children’s Hospital where she completed the Pediatric and Adolescent Dermatology Clinical Research Fellowship in 2017. Dr. Waldman has an impressive number of peer-reviewed articles and book chapters. She is Board Certified in Dermatology and Pediatrics and she is licensed to practice in New York.
