Andrea Mejia BA

Andrea has over 20 years of experience supporting Revenue Cycle operations. Her background includes operational leadership, process design/improvement, project management and consulting. Andrea served in several regional and national leadership roles with Conifer Health Solutions for over 11 years and currently is the Executive Director, Revenue Cycle Patient Access for Piedmont Healthcare in Atlanta, GA. As a servant leader, Andrea is passionate about encouraging others by challenging them to bring value to their work by combining quality improvement and people engagement. She is also a strong supporter of leadership development and fosters leader mentoring as a key element to Revenue Cycle operational success. Andrea believes that to achieve a better patient experience a leader must learn to “walk in the customers shoes” and understand how healthcare practices and operations impact the patient. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Mercer University.
