Andrea Mahon is conducting Doctoral research at NUI Galway to investigate models of education in diabetes care with the development of an intervention to include mobile technology. Her clinical interests are Podiatric Medicine, Wound Care, Wound Healing, Diabetic Foot Disease, and Symmetrical Peripheral Neuropathy.
