Andrea L. Wendling MD, FAAFP

Dr. Wendling is an Associate Professor of Family Medicine and Director of Rural Health Education at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and formerly the Assistant Director of the Family Medicine Residency Program in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Dr. Wendling has been on the editorial board for the Family Medicine journal for ten years, including serving as editor of the Dedicated Issue on Rural Health published in Nov/Dec of 2010, and currently serves as an assistant editor for the journal. She is a past national chairperson for STFM’s Group on Rural Health and is a member of STFM’s Communications Committee.
