Andre G. Baranski

Dr. Baranski has followed his studies in medicine at the Medical Academy in Warsaw (Poland), where he graduated as a doctor in 1985 and in 1994 completed his surgical training. He obtained his doctorate in medicine in 1990 with a thesis entitled "Factors affecting the survival of dogs after orthotopic allogeneic liver transplant." Since 1997, Dr. Baranski working in the LUMC as a transplant surgeon with the scientific field of interest, the removal of organs. In September 2011 has awarded him the Honory Diploma of the European Board of Surgery, Qualifications in Transplantation Surgery, Module 1: Multi-Organ Retrieval Module 2: Kidney Transplantation, Module 3: Pancreas Transplantation, Module 4: Liver Transplantation.
