Anca Wessels BASA, HPCSA

Anca is a BASA (Biokinetic Association of South Africa) and HPCSA registered Biokineticist as well as a certified Sports Massage Therapist. She is the owner of a Sports and Wellness center in Centurion, Pretoria, where she works as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Anca completed her honors degree in Sports Science at the University of Pretoria in 2006 and her honors degree in Biokinetics at the University of Pretoria in 2007. She completed her Sports Massage Therapy qualification in 2006.

Anca has a keen interest in Human movement, the effects of physical activity, and the impact it has on improving quality of life, with further interest in Orthopaedic rehabilitation, sports injury prevention, and rehabilitation as well as conditions affecting the geriatric patient.
