Ana Cristian is a Graduate Research Assistant in the laboratory of David Liu at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, where she contributes to research at the forefront of genome editing and therapeutic biotechnology. Her work focuses on developing and applying next-generation gene editing technologies with potential applications in precision medicine and genetic disease treatment. Ana earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2021, where she built a strong foundation in biological sciences and engineering. Since joining the Broad Institute, she has been involved in interdisciplinary research combining molecular biology, genome engineering, and translational therapeutics
