Ana Clara Camarotti is a Doctor at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) in Social Sciences, a Master of the UBA in Social Policies, Graduate of Sociology, UBA. She is an Independent CONICET researcher. She is a co-coordinator of the Health and Population Area and a Researcher at the Gino Germani Research Institute. She is an external consultant to the Organization of American States. She develops action research activities on issues related to the use/consumption of drugs in young people, health promotion, and individuation processes. At the moment, directs the PICT Project "Religious initiatives in prevention and assistance in young people with problematic drug use" and co-directs the UBACyT project "Vulnerability and care processes in the biographical experiences of young people in marginalized neighborhoods of the Buenos Aires Metropolitan Area". She has coordinated and edited books and is the author of magazine articles, book chapters, and books about her.
