Amy Schultz

Amy Schultz is the key leader of the HealthPartners Stars program. She has been following the CMS Star Rating program since its inception in 2007. HealthPartners is an integrated health plan and care delivery system with a high-performing 4.5 star plan. As a leader of the HealthPartners CMS Stars Work Group, Amy works across the organization to implement strategies focused on performance. She was instrumental in helping the organization achieve a 5-star rating for 2013.

As Senior Manager of Medicare Programs at HealthPartners, Amy oversees product development, creation of plan materials, reporting, regulatory communications and changes, as well as overall CMS contract management. Her relationships and broad product and regulatory knowledge allow her to effectively connect business areas to star rating measures.
