Amy Pisciotta is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Atlanta office. She is a member of the Firm’s Global Healthcare Services Market and Financial Officer’s Practice. Amy brings over 20 years of healthcare provider experience, having served as a strategic advisor to leading healthcare organizations across the country. Her background spans both acute and ambulatory environments and spans a wide range of organizations, includes both academic medical centers as well as larger multi-facility health systems.

Amy’s search practice focuses on the recruitment of senior level executives across the healthcare enterprise, with particular expertise in the intersection of healthcare and finance, revenue cycle and technology. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Amy created and led the revenue cycle consulting practice at Himformatics. She was the key driver in the development of Himformatics services to support the revenue cycle functions. Her revenue cycle experience spanned the entire process from patient access through patient financial services and account resolution. She also worked toward integration of healthcare functions supporting changing and emerging reimbursement models. Prior to Himformatics, Amy spent over 14 years at Stockamp & Associates, a leading revenue cycle consulting firm, which was ultimately acquired by Huron.
