Amy Nicole Nayar, Pharm.D., M.S., is a global healthcare leader and advocate for patient-centered innovation. She currently serves as President and CEO of the Personalized Medicine Coalition, where she leads efforts to advance the adoption of personalized medicine and improve patient outcomes through collaboration across healthcare, government, and industry.

With more than 25 years of experience in the global healthcare and life sciences sector, Dr. Nayar has held senior leadership roles across major organizations, including Novartis, Pfizer, AbbVie, and Porter Novelli. Her work has focused on patient advocacy, health economics and outcomes research, policy strategy, and advancing access to innovative treatments.

Prior to leading PMC, she served as Vice President of U.S. Patient Advocacy & Government Affairs at Novartis Gene Therapies, where she helped streamline genetic testing and treatment pathways to accelerate access to transformative therapies.

Nayar combines expertise as a clinician, health economist, and outcomes researcher with a strong interest in emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and genomics. Her work focuses on connecting stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem to drive collaborative, solution-oriented change that improves patient care globally.
