Amy Kenefick Moore is an Associate Professor in the School of Nursing at the University of Connecticut (UConn).She is the managing member of Personalized Wellness, LLC, Bloomfield, CT, a holistic wellness practice that provides coaching and consultation related to geriatrics and the end of life to organizations and individuals. She has published and presented nationally and internationally. She values intention and presence in all aspects of research, practice and education. She has a PhD in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts and did a post-doctoral fellowship at the Center for Excellence in Chronic Disease Care, Yale University School of Nursing. Her research interests include nurse coaching, nursing education, and holistic outcomes of care. She is board-certified as a Certified Nurse Midwife (AMCB) and a Family Nurse Practitioner (ANCC). She holds a certificate as an integrative nurse coach from the International Nurse Coach Association.
