Amy Buono

Amy has served as our Vice President, People, and Culture since August 2018, when she was promoted from her position as Senior Director of Human Resources. Amy is the longest-serving employee at Genomatica after Christophe Schilling. Since joining the firm in 2001 she has served multiple roles within Human Resources and Administration. Amy helps ensure a keen, team-wide focus on our culture and values while driving processes for a high-performance organization. She graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
