Ammar Kheder MD, MRCP

Ammar Kheder, MD is a board-certified physician specializing in neurology. He earned his medical degree from Damascus University in Damascus, Syria. Dr. Kheder completed his internal medicine residency at Wirral University Teaching Hospital in Wirral, England, his neurology residency at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals in Sheffield, England, his clinical neuropsychology and epilepsy fellowships at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School in Boston, and his advanced epilepsy fellowship at Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Ohio. His clinical interests and research focus include intractable epilepsy, epilepsy surgery, intracranial EEG monitoring, brain mapping, brain connectivity, and cognitive neuroscience.
