Amit Chaudhuri PhD

Dr. Amit Chaudhuri has extensive industrial experience in oncology target discovery and validation from Genentech Inc. and CuraGen Corporation prior to his role as VP, R&D at MedGenome. He has Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and did his Postdoctoral research at MGH, Harvard Medical School and at the Department of Molecular and Cellular Biology, Harvard University.

Dr. Chaudhuri has developed a suite of bioinformatics solutions to analyze the NGS data for discovering cancer vaccines and identifying tumor-associated markers of response. Combining bioinformatics predictions with cell-based assays enable design of rational vaccine cocktails for personalized cancer immunotherapy.
