Dr. Tabish is highly credible with more than 25 years’ worth of professional experience in Healthcare Administration, Medical Education, Scientific Research. With 440 Scientific Research publications, has authored over a dozen Text Books {Health Policy, Planning, Management, Emergency Medicine, and Medical Education, Literature}, served as Editor of more than a dozen international medical journals, and earned 60 Awards for his outstanding contribution to Healthcare, Higher Education and Scientific Research.

He introduced Modern Methods Of Curriculum Development. Spearheaded various graduate and postgraduate courses in a medical university (SKIMS) Srinagar, viz. MD, M Sc. Nursing, B Sc. Nursing, Technology Courses. Presently contributing to the upgrade of a Community Health Centre to a Centre of Medical Excellence at Sumbal J&K (India), played a key role in establishing State Cancer Institute trained hundreds of doctors and nurses on scientific research, recent advances and future trends in health care/Quality Management, advanced techniques in specialized patient care and emerging healthcare perspectives.
