Amee Manges PhD

Dr. Amee R. Manges earned her PhD in epidemiology from the University of California, Berkeley. She has supervised a molecular epidemiology laboratory since 2004 at both McGill University and the University of British Columbia. She integrates next-generation sequencing technologies into genomic and metagenomic epidemiology, specifically in the areas of infectious disease epidemiology and human microbiome research.
