Amanda Enstrom is currently the Associate Director of Immune Monitoring & Biomarker Development at Aduro Biotech. The main goal of the group is to develop actionable clinically relevant biomarkers and supporting mechanism of action studies for all Aduro clinical platforms including LADD (Live, Attenuated Double-Deleted Listeria), STING Pathway Activators, and B-select monoclonal antibodies. At Aduro, she leads the biomarker program for CRS-207 and is a member of its cross-functional product team. CRS-207 is a LADD strain expressing mesothelin being clinically evaluated in a variety of cancers including mesothelioma, ovarian, and gastroesophageal cancers.
She received her Ph.D. at the University of California, Davis where her research focused on developing small molecule based chemibodies capable of eliciting ADCC. Prior to Aduro, she led biomarker efforts for immuno-oncology trials from early IND enabling studies through global Phase 3 trials.
