Amalia Gastaldelli PhD, FACN

Dr. Gastaldelli is an Adjunct Associate Professor for the Division of Diabetes at the University of Texas Health Science Center, as well as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Pisa. Dr. Gastaldelli received her PhD in Human Metabolism from the University of Texas Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences. She also received her PhD in Bioengineering from Polytechnic University of Milan
