Professor Amal Fatani is a Board Member of the Saudi Human Rights Commission and represents Human Rights at the Saudi National Family Council and The Committee for Enhancement of Mental Health at MOH. She has represented KSA at the UN in Geneva & New York, the Arab League in Cairo & Bahrain, as well as regularly meeting International Delegations and Ambassadors at the Commission. She holds a VP position at TATA Consulting Services (TCS) as a Consultant & Head of the All Women Business Process & IT Services Center in Riyadh, KSA, set up by Saudi Aramco and a Joint venture between TCS and General Electric (GE) where she helped grow it from 400 when she joined in 2015 to almost 1000 employees as of 2018 ensuring delivery of excellence to 7 customers providing diversified high impact services. She is also A Renal Care Services Consultant at Baxter Intl.

She is a founding board member of the Saudi Research Science Institute at King Abdulla University for Science and Technology, A Consultant at The Training Room Online TTRO, and a member of the International Affairs Advisory Committee at Al Faisal University. She is currently a board member at King Abdul Aziz and his Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity "Mawhiba" Before that for (6) years she was a part-time Consultant and reviewer. Prof. Amal Fatani holds a PhD in Pharmacology and Toxicology from the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at The University of Strathclyde, UK. Before her PhD, She obtained both her Master`s and Bachelor`s degrees in Pharmacology and Toxicology from the College of Pharmacy at King Saudi University, Saudi Arabia where she is currently a Professor.
