Alonzo Plough PhD, MPH

Dr. Alonzo Louis Plough is the Director of the Emergency Preparedness and Response Program for the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health. He is also a professor of health services at the University of Washington's School of Public Health and Community Medicine. Dr. Plough previously served as Vice-President for Strategy, Planning and Evaluation at the California Endowment.
