Allysin Wessel-bridges MA, OTR/L, CAPS

Dr. Allysin Bridges is a Senior Occupational Therapist with the CAPABLE study in Baltimore, MD at The School of Nursing, Johns Hopkins University. She has been involved since its inception in 2009. In March, she became a Certified Aging in Place Specialist. Allysin graduated from the Master’s program at New York University in 2002 and has worked at The R. Adams Crawley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore as well as urban hospitals and homes. She was published in OT Practice Journal and continues to write about and study safe aging in place, with emphasis on fall prevention. Allysin lives in Cockeysville, MD with her two young sons and her fiancee.
