Allison May Keeler-Klunk is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Genetic and Cellular Medicine at UMass Chan Medical School. She is also affiliated with the NeuroNexus Institute and several graduate programs within the Morningside Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, including Immunology and Microbiology, Neuroscience, Interdisciplinary Graduate Studies, and Translational Science.

Keeler-Klunk earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology from the Rochester Institute of Technology and completed her PhD in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Her research focuses on genetic and cellular medicine, with interests spanning translational biomedical research, neuroscience, and molecular mechanisms of disease. Through her academic and research appointments, she contributes to interdisciplinary scientific training and innovative approaches to understanding and treating human disease.
