Allison J. Mclarty MD

Allison J. McLarty was an Attending cardiothoracic surgeon at Stony Brook University since 1997, fresh out of my fellowship at the Mayo Clinic. Served as Associate Program Director for the Department of Surgery for about 10 years. Started the LVAD program at Stony Brook University in 2010; it is the longest running and most continually Joint Commission-certified program on Long Island. Currently head of Mechanical Circulatory Support at Stony Brook which includes a robust ECMO program.
