Dr. P Allan Klock Jr is professor of Anesthesiology and currently serves as the Vice-Chairman for Clinical Affairs in the Department of Anesthesia and Critical Care, University of Chicago.

Dr. Klock received his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute before earning his MD from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Anesthesia at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. His clinical interests focus on anesthesia for thoracic, vascular, and urologic patients. Dr. Klock is currently President of the Society for Airway Management.
