Allan J. Kozlowski PhD, BSc

Allan J. Kozlowski, Ph.D., B.Sc (PT), is the Director of Outcomes Research at the John F. Butzer Center for Research & Innovation, Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital, and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. He received his B.Sc. in physical therapy in 1991 and his Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Sciences in 2010, both from the University of British Columbia. He practiced as a physical therapist and rehabilitation manager in work disability prevention before completing his doctorate in Rehabilitation Sciences.
