MUDr. Allan Böhm, PhD, MBA, FESC works at the Department of Acute Cardiology of the National Institute of Heart and Vascular Diseases, teaches at the Faculty of Medicine of Comenius University in Bratislava, and studies clinical research at Oxford University. In addition to clinical medicine, he also conducts research in the field of cardiovascular prevention, thrombosis, arrhythmias, and artificial intelligence. His research has led to many publications, citations, and international awards. In 2015, he founded the biomedical organization Premedix Academy. In 2017, he was approached by the European Society of Cardiology to establish the Commission for Digital Medicine together with other foreign colleagues, thanks to which he discovered the first seeds of precision medicine in the world. He immediately brought this form of medicine to Slovakia, and that's how Premedix Clinic was created. In 2020, Dr. Böhm was elected to the presidency of the European Society of Cardiology as the first ever Slovak and at the same time became the historically youngest member of this most important cardiology society in the world. In 2022, he won the silver medal of the European Society of Cardiology and was selected among the 5 best young scientists in Slovakia. In 2022, he founded the company Seerlinq, s.r.o.
