Aliza is a licensed clinical psychologist practicing in Newton, MA. She have 10+ years experience treating individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and chronic illness. In her practice with adolescents and adults, she utilize an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing on psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and dialectical behavioral theories and techniques, with each treatment tailored to fit an individual's needs. She enjoy working with clients to help them navigate through life's rough patches and to make changes in the ways they relate to themselves and others in order to lead more meaningful, productive, and fulfilling lives.
