Alison Ridley

Alison's background is within social work practice and social work management. She has extensive experience of risk management, policy development, strategic planning, training and case reviewing work. She currently worked part time for the Local Authority and part time as an Independent Safeguarding Consultant. She undertakes critical reviews of cases including Serious Case Reviews/ Safeguarding Adults Reviews. She is accredited as a Lead Reviewer for Serious Case Reviews by SCIE and SILP.
