Alison Pottle MSc, BSc, RGN, DipN

Alison is a Cardiac Nurse Consultant at Harefield and Brompton Hospital. She initially had 3 areas of clinical responsibility – running the Rapid Access Chest Pain Clinic, setting up and running PCI follow-up clinics and establishment of an LDL-apheresis service at Harefield.

Alison achieved first prize in the Cardiac Nursing Awards in 2008 for excellence in primary or secondary prevention. She has been published in a number of cardiac and nursing journals on a wide range of subjects. Alison is also an Advanced Life Support Instructor and was responsible for setting up and running the Advanced Life Support Course at Harefield.
