Dr. Alice March graduated with an associate’s degree in nursing from Mohawk Valley Community College in 1975. She received her nurse practitioner certificate in family health from Community General Hospital in Syracuse, New York in 1993 and is nationally board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. In 1997 she returned to school fulltime, while maintaining a fulltime practice as a nurse practitioner. Her degrees from State University of New York at Binghamton include a bachelor’s degree in nursing (1999), a master’s degree in community health nursing with a functional role of administrator (2002), and a PhD in rural nursing (2006).
