Dr. Alia Dadabhai is an assistant professor of medicine at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Her areas of clinical expertise include hepatology and liver transplant evaluation. Her areas of clinical interest are Viral hepatitis; Alcoholic Liver Disease; Cirrhosis and Portal Hypertension; Acute Liver Failure; Autoimmune Liver Disease; Primary Biliary Cholangitis; Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis; Fatty Liver/NASH; Liver Cancer (Hepatocellular Carcinoma); Liver Transplantation; Pregnancy and Hepatic Diseases.

Dr. Dadabhai is also proficient in performing upper and lower endoscopies. She earned her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, her M.D. from the Drexel University College of Medicine and completed her residency at UCLA Harbor Medical Center. She completed a fellowship in gastroenterology and hepatology at Temple University Medical Center and a transplant hepatology fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Dr. Dadabhai is triple board-certified in Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology and Hepatology, and Transplant Hepatology.
