Alexandru Mazareanu is a physiotherapist from Romania and practices in Bucharest. The beginning of University studies involved the completion of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at UNEFS in Bucharest. After the three years of study, he decided that studying the dynamics of the human body involves understanding the mechanisms much deeper, so in 2013, he enrolled in the courses of the  Faculty of Physical Therapy and Special Motricity of the same University. In 2015 he began his studies in the field of osteopathy by participating in various classes offered by OMT London, and in 2018, he began his studies at LCO Canada within the DOMP program, expanding his career into the field of Manual Osteopathy, applying this effective and successful treatment for most musculoskeletal and structural conditions associated with poor alignment, traumas, injuries or aging.
In 2018, he also began his studies at DGSA Academy. In 2019 became an internationally certified Dry Needling Therapist DGSA®. His special interest is in the study of anatomy and physiology in a cause-and-effect relationship of trigger points in different orthopedic and neurological pathologies. Methods of dry needing treatment, as well as their combination with osteopathic knowledge, are the focus of his work. In 2020, he began studying musculoskeletal ultrasound at Brunel University and then completed the PgCert Diagnostic MSKUS at East London University in 2022.
